I found this dress a few years back mixed in with the jackets at a local thrift store. The fit was perfect but with the bulk of the dress at the shoulders, I could never figure out what to do with my hair (aka 'girl problems'). The proportions were always off. I tried the dress again this week with my new cut and I think that it works much better. Can't wait to mix it up with an over-sized sweater and flat boots.
